Terms of Service, including SMS Messaging Terms

Who we are

Estimates and quotations
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise in writing. An estimate becomes binding only once both parties have signed a written agreement. Where conditions found after work begins, subfloor damage, moisture, or structural issues not visible at the time of measuring, change the scope, we will stop and agree any revision with you in writing before continuing.
Workmanship and warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship as stated in your written agreement (1-year labor warranty on all work). Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms, including requirements for maintenance and suitable use. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accident, flooding, or alterations made by others.

SMS Messaging Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern SMS/text messaging services ("Messaging Services") provided by Strategic Unity Group LLC (trading as All About Floors). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting, you agree to receive SMS messages as described below.
Types of Messages
By opting in, you may receive SMS messages related to your services, including but not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Technician arrival notifications
- Billing and payment notifications
- Post-service follow-ups
- Customer-requested quote follow-ups
Messages may be sent using automated or manual systems.
Consent
SMS consent is obtained verbally, either in person or over the phone. At the time consent is obtained, customers are informed of: message types, message frequency variability, message and data rate disclosures, and opt-out and help instructions.
Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn at any time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on customer interaction and services requested.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Strategic Unity Group LLC is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at office@allaboutfloors24.com.

Privacy

Carrier Disclaimer
SMS delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability. Strategic Unity Group LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier limitations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of SMS services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written agreement. Where financing is offered it is provided by a third-party lender on their terms, and approval is at their discretion.
Website content
We take care to keep this site accurate, but product availability, pricing and specifications change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; the written agreement governs. Photographs show our own completed work unless captioned otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, and any dispute will be brought in the courts serving Forney, TX.
