About All About Floors

The All About Floors storefront in Forney, Texas

A Forney flooring company, thirty years in

All About Floors is a family-run flooring company working out of the All About Floors showroom in Forney. Thirty years in the trade, and still the same approach: turn up when we say we will, use our own crews, and tell you plainly what a floor will and won't do in your house.

Most of what we fit goes into homes across Kaufman and Rockwall counties and out through the wider Dallas metro. Some of it is a single room. Some of it is a whole house before a family moves in. Either way you deal with the same people from the first estimate to the last piece of trim.

How we got here

All About Floors is owned by Jamie Milligan, her father Cliff Vance, and her sister Kelsey Hamilton. The family took ownership of the storefront in 2024 after Cliff—a lifelong construction veteran—spent years partnering with the previous owner on contractor projects. The business shares a roof with the family's plumbing company, MedPlumb, right here in Forney.

Jamie brought a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Arlington to the business. While flooring wasn't her original plan, her passion for guiding people through stressful home projects fit perfectly. Alongside dedicated team members like Monty and Wendy, our sales specialists take time to educate families and help them find the right fit for their homes. Once your project is planned, our in-house installation crews—who have been with the business for roughly twenty years—take over to complete the job. Because we rely on trusted, long-term crews instead of random subcontractors, every installation comes backed by our one-year labor warranty.

Simple process

How it works

Step 1
Call or book online

We schedule a time that suits you to come out and measure, Monday to Friday, and weekends by appointment only.
Step 2
We bring the showroom to you

Samples come to your home so you can match flooring against your own light, paint and furniture.
Step 3
No hidden fees

Materials, labor, furniture moving, demo and haul off, and floor preparation, all in one number.
Step 4
Installed by our own crew

Our own in-house installers handle the install and the clean up, and back the work with a one-year labor warranty.

How it works

What happens after you call

There is no pressure and no obligation attached to an estimate. This is the whole process, start to finish, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before anyone measures anything.

The crew

Who you'll be dealing with

No call center, no rotating subcontractors. You meet the same faces from the first estimate to the last board.

Jamie Milligan
Owner
My background started with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Arlington, but I found a different way to care for people: helping them fall in love with their homes. As the owner of All About Floors, I'm passionate about bringing high-quality flooring and expert installation to our community. When I'm not helping you pick the perfect floors, I'm usually planning our next family trip, serving at my church, or chasing after my son Colten with my husband Jay.
Clifford Vance
Owner & Founder
I built my career on hands-on construction experience and a commitment to doing quality work. As the owner of All About Floors and founder of MedPlumb and Vance Innovations, I'm now passing that trade knowledge down to my family. I stay active in our projects while teaching my three daughters the business to secure a lasting legacy for them and my grandsons. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time on our land tinkering with equipment, hunting, fishing, and being with family.
Kelsey Hamilton
Owner
Kelsey has managed office operations at our sister company, MedPlumb, for over eight years and now shares ownership in All About Floors with her sister and dad. Her background in management keeps our daily operations organized, our team supported, and our customers taken care of.
Monty
Sales Team
Monty brings a wealth of knowledge to the All About Floors family. With a 20-year foundation in Automotive Finance and Sales Management right here in Dallas, followed by 20+ years in the flooring industry, he knows exactly how to help homeowners navigate their projects with confidence. Monty is a sports enthusiast through and through (especially the NBA) and has a passion for sports cars and motorcycles. His favorite way to recharge? Traveling anywhere with a stunning summer water view.
Wendy
Sales Team
Wendy brings 14 years of experience in the tile and flooring industry, along with a strong design eye and a natural sense of style. She is known for her fun personality, approachable nature, and commitment to taking great care of her customers throughout the entire process. Wendy has a talent for making things feel easy and simple, guiding clients one step at a time, and a knack for helping people discover ideas they didn't even know they wanted.

Sophia Anders
Administrator
With over 21 years of experience in administrative service and community support, Sophia Anders brings a heart for people to her role at All About Floors. Transitioning from a career dedicated to helping families navigate life's most sensitive moments, Sophia now serves as our Office Administrator and Community Ambassador. Whether she is managing office operations or representing us at Kaufman County events, Sophia's commitment to service remains the same. A resident of Kaufman and a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she believes that a strong community is built on trust and genuine connection. Sophia looks forward to meeting neighbors and helping our local families find the perfect foundation for their homes.
Amanda Abbott
Administrator
Family is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we are thrilled to have Amanda Abbott (sister to our owner!) on the team. After pivoting from a previous career, Amanda is currently wearing many hats as she learns every role within the business. Her goal is simple: to support our growth and ensure every customer feels like part of the family. Amanda lives in Kaufman, TX with her husband, Chad, and stays busy keeping up with her two energetic boys, Logan and Clayton. Whether she's at the fields attending a baseball tournament or courtside at a basketball game or even spending time with her church community at Life Pointe Church, Amanda brings that same energy and heart to our team every day.

Bathrooms are where waterproofing either was or was not done properly, and you cannot tell by looking once the tile is on. This walks through one of ours.
